Aloha PMC-ers, ‘Ohana, and Friends,
Whew! We are still catching our breath from this past busy weekend, but what a great time!
First, on Saturday, April 30th, PMC was invited to march in the 48th annual Merrie Monarch Festival Parade, along side HIHAF (Hawai`i Island HIV/AIDS Foundation), another local non-profit we heartily support.
It was a beautiful sunny day, and we were honored to be a part of it:

The following day, we were also honored to be invited to sing at two separate celebrations; the afternoon May Day Festival at Volcano Art Center‘s Niaulani Campus, and evening Puna Music Festival at Kalani Oceanside Retreat.
This was the first time many of us had been to the Volcano Art Center’s new performance space, but PMC resounded beautifully across their hardwood floors:

If this past weekend’s performances were any indication of what we have in store for this season, y’all better hold on to yer boot straps for a rabble rousing good ol’ time!
